Just follow these steps First boil the milk (1litre)till it gets half in quantity. Then add some sugar (4 tespoonfull), khoa kheer 200 grams to crush it& the cardamom seeds to crush step by step . The flavour of cardamom seeds brings extra taste. At last take 1 tespoonfull arrowroot and mix it well in cold milk, remind it , otherwise It will not mix well.and mix the milk with the hot mixture and stir continuously till it becomes thick. Thereafter just keep this mixture to cool down & refrigerate in coolfi mould, or u can use coffee cup and spoon of wood like me.
